Challenges:
Multiple management consulting and legal clients lacked a portal to host and provide employees access to internal training and compliance videos. This resulted in compliance violations and excessive support calls about new feature rollouts. Our clients considered an off-the-shelf learning management tool, but they would have had to compromise security and integration with their existing system.
Solutions:
In addition to security and integration, Aureus identified another key need for our clients’ technology solution: mobility. We utilized the Office 365 platform, which was already a part of our clients’ systems and has search capabilities to easily find information. We developed a responsive user interface for optimized mobile viewing, and we implemented a secure content delivery network to enable global distribution of the videos without any performance issues.
Results:
Support calls post new feature deployments decreased by more than 20 percent. Our clients also saw a significant decrease in compliance violations, mainly driven by mobile access.
