The client partnered with Aureus to automate their manual process of searching through hundreds of resumes, with a drawn-out cycle time.
Solutions:
Our team explored the interaction of resume characteristics and job requirements on the success of a candidate’s placement. We used machine learning tools to build a scoring system that rates resumes on the likelihood of being selected for a particular position, based on resume characteristics, job requirements and the prevalent economic environment. Our web-based platform then produced a subset of candidates with the highest probability of placement.
Results:
The average number of manually researched resumes reduced by 75 percent. This also improved the firm’s ability to deliver on the right candidate in a short span, increasing favorability among their clients.
